Experience:Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
Education:High School Diploma

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year as contract administrator
  • Experience within the construction industry a huge plus
  • Microsoft Office with advanced Excel

Position Responsibilities:

  • Review/Interpret pre-contract terms and conditions to identify potential issues for contract modification
  • Reviews executed contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, local code requirements, identifying risks and areas of concern on contract terms and conditions and providing contractual advice, guidance and support to both Project Management Team and business development staff
  • Assist accounting in collecting required data points to establish new customer accounts. Support vendor contacts through the established contract and invoice payment procedures
  • Accurately convert contracts defined scope, deliverables and fee structures into required financial and project management tools in accordance with terms and conditions
  • Maintains detailed and organized file for all contracts that contains original document, authorizations, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications and payment schedules
  • Maintains working knowledge of contractual language and best practices in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Conducts special projects / performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
