Job Summary
Job Type:Full-time, non-exempt
Division:Commercial & Industrial Division
Location:Ontario, CA
Experience:Minimum 1 year experience in the HR field: recruiting, employee relations and safety
Education:High School Diploma

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year experience in the HR field with knowledge & experience in recruiting, employee relations and safety
  • Experience within HR software (Ceridian a plus)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Position Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting & staffing
  • Prepare all onboarding & offboarding packets
  • Work with outside recruiting agencies to fulfill open positions
  • Place ads on job boards
  • Update employee information within the HRIS system
  • Maintain employee files by scanning all documents and placing originals in files
  • Attend job fairs
  • Assist in creating reports
  • Provide answers to employee benefit related questions
  • Provide managers with employee relations support
  • Assist HR Generalist with new programs and processes, coordinating interviews, communication with employees and benefit suppor
