Job Summary

Salary: $52,000 -$85,000/year

Experience:
B2B Sales: 3-5 years (Minimum)
Graphic Design, Video Editing, Photoshop, PPT & Adobe Suite
CRM platform management
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Work authorization: United States (Required)

Position Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree in business, marketing, or related field of study
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business-to-business sales environment
  • Ability to travel nationally as necessary
  • Excellent communication skills including writing effective presentations and other company materials as well as excellent oral communication skills
  • High energy with a willingness to go above and beyond as necessary to accomplish the mission
  • Work well in a team environment and ability to multi-task
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Deep understanding and expertise in current business applications and technologies
  • Preferred experience in graphic design, video editing, photoshop, PPT, and Adobe Suite Software
  • Experience managing and/or use of a current CRM platform

Position Responsibilities:

CRM (Pipedrive) Administration

  • Account Set up and mapping and research
  • Data integrity, review of fields, statuses, confidence, and activity goals
  • Importing, exporting, and reporting of data

Building and Maintaining Customer Targeting Matrix

  • Vertical market analysis and research
  • Customer criteria and contact list development and maintenance
  • Continual update and feedback loop with sales reps and management
  • Utilize internal and external software support tool

Sales Meetings Support

  • Build out weekly slide deck presentation materials
  • Help develop content, locate data, and gather inputs from internal team members
  • Schedule and organize guest presenters, vendors, and product knowledge training

Coordinate and Support Sales Managers

  • Assist with commissions statements and reporting to team
  • Schedule and support 1-on-1 meetings between team and manager
  • Follow up on key milestones or important meetings
  • Ensuring that all paperwork/compliance items are in place (i.e. rep agreements, etc.)

Marketing Support

  • Support for internal and external marketing initiatives
  • Organizing sales events, summits, trade shows, sponsorship opportunities
  • Assistance with email marketing campaigns out of company CRM
  • Responsibility for promotional items, gear, holiday card/gifts, and Sales Derby
