Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring operational success of warehouse Work Flow:
  • Receives material coming into the building by vendors accurately and promptly verifying quantity and description of materials received by checking against the packing list; rejecting and appropriately reporting any discrepancies and/or damaged items.
  • Accurately accounts for inventory, tags/labels materials, and shelves or stages materials in an orderly manner.
  • Pull, pack, and ship orders in an accurate manner.
  • Receives returns coming into the building by crews/subs accurately and promptly verifying the quantity and description of materials received.
  • Sort, count, and label recycling for pickup.
  • Organize space in the warehouse and perform cleaning duties.
  • Safely operate all the necessary equipment in work area.
  • Support quarterly inventory check.
  • Management of tools and fleet stocking.
  • Resolve all issues at the warehouse level notifying supervisors of unresolvable problems.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
