- Formation of an EM&E Council, who has been meeting for several weeks and has begun the process of planning for consistent customer dashboards, and a process for capturing and communicating our GHG impact across all of our business units.
- The formation of a DE&I Council of Champions, comprised of 25 SIQ teammates, will be instrumental in building a strategic vision and action plan for our initiatives and lead the way in stewarding them through the organization. Meetings kick off later this month.
- Launched KnowBe4, a cybersecurity awareness campaign during the month of March.
- Rolled out Subcontractor Qualifications, a process to gather data about our subcontractors and their backgrounds. Currently, 16 subcontractors have already completed the qualification process, covering over $40M of our subcontract spend.
