Vice President, Talent Development
Mary Maloney is the Vice President of Talent Development. She is a creative, forward-thinking executive with 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and human resources. As a business-oriented professional, Mary has demonstrated success in leading organizations through dramatic change.
She has a successful track record of accomplishments, including a global customer-centric business transformation designed to grow sales and drive operational excellence, and a global deployment of a digital learning academy to 8,600 sales and marketing professionals across multiple business models and strategic groups.
In her position at SitelogIQ, Mary is responsible for the development and execution of highly innovative people strategies that attract, train and retain the highest performing talent in the industry. Additionally, she provides leadership and guidance to each of the company divisions in the areas of human resources, onboarding, employee training, and succession development programs. She is a member of the SitelogIQ senior leadership team.
Before joining SitelogIQ, Mary held leadership roles in both Sales Enablement and Leadership Development at Honeywell. She partnered with senior executives to build strategies, tactics, and development for employees through learning, assessments, team building and coaching programs.
Prior to Honeywell, Mary owned her own consulting business, Maloney Learning, and worked as a Sales Performance Consultant for numerous companies including AmeriData and Datacard. She leveraged her experience to help leaders define and build sales organizations that more effectively executed growth strategies, engaged employees and responded to change.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in marketing and personnel management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
