Minneapolis, MN – SitelogIQ, Inc. (“SitelogIQ”), a leading national provider of engineering and construction program management services to modernize buildings and infrastructure, announced the acquisition of IPOWER Alliance, a turnkey renewable energy project developer and integrator serving commercial and industrial customers. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded by Diane Dandeneau in 2017, IPOWER Alliance develops and delivers renewable energy and infrastructure projects that include solar, lighting, battery energy storage systems, microgrids, electric vehicle charging stations, solar carports, and solar-integrated hail canopies. This acquisition strengthens SitelogIQ’s ability to provide comprehensive energy and infrastructure solutions through its Commercial Markets business. Dandeneau will serve as Vice President of Business Development.
