About Us

SitelogIQ is an engineering and construction program management firm focused on one simple idea: we make buildings better.

For the organizations we serve – K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, local and state government, commercial real estate, healthcare systems, automotive dealerships, and manufacturing and distribution – that means more than improved infrastructure. It means facilities that are safer, healthier, more efficient, and built to meet the demands of today and serve their communities well in the future. In many cases, it means something even more fundamental: keeping buildings operational for the people who rely on them every day.

From Strategy to Execution: All in One Partner

We partner with public and private sector customers across the full facility lifecycle—bringing together strategic consulting, technical engineering expertise, and construction execution into a single, integrated model. From early-stage planning and capital strategy through design, implementation, and ongoing optimization, we act as a trusted partner at every phase.

What sets us apart is our ability to both advise and deliver. As both consultant and contractor, we connect strategy to execution, eliminating gaps, reducing risk, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to completion. Our end-to-end approach provides continuity, accountability, and confidence throughout the entire process.

The impact is clear. Our customers are able to make smarter capital decisions by backed data and expertise, deliver projects on time and in budget, and operate facilities that perform as intended, supporting the people who rely on them while maximizing long-term value.

Built on Experience. Proven in Delivery.

While SitelogIQ was formed in 2018, our foundation is built on decades of industry experience. Our team brings deep expertise from legacy organizations and a proven track record delivering complex engineering and construction programs across the built environment throughout the U.S.

Whether modernizing aging infrastructure, improving energy performance, or managing large-scale, multi-site programs, we bring the technical depth, discipline, and partnership required to deliver meaningful results.

At SitelogIQ, we don’t just deliver projects—we create spaces that work better for the people who depend on them and we’re immensely proud to play a role. It’s why you might hear, “we make buildings…and communities better”.

Accreditation: National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO)

Even as we expand our role as an engineering and construction program management partner, we recognize that our solutions often deliver meaningful improvements in energy efficiency and measurable reductions in carbon footprint. Because these outcomes matter deeply to our customers and the communities they serve, we are proud to maintain our NAESCO accreditation as a reflection of that ongoing commitment.

SitelogIQ has received NAESCO’s highest level of accreditation as an Energy Services Provider (ESP). SitelogIQ was first accredited by the organization in 2019 as an Energy Services Company, and in 2021 and 2023 received additional accreditation as an ESP.

This accreditation is a testament of the quality and delivery of engineering and construction program management solutions and services, as well as the implementation of renewable energy projects SitelogIQ provides to its K-12, higher education, local/state government, healthcare, and industrial and commercial partners. As a member of NAESCO, SitelogIQ is able to apply for accreditation through a rigorous submission process of core competencies and business practices by an independent selection committee.
