Nashville, TN – SitelogIQ, Inc. recently announced the promotion of Rusty McLellan to President, SitelogIQ South. The South division, acquired as Path Company in April 2025, expanded SitelogIQ’s presence across the southern U.S. and brought new capabilities in streetlighting.
McLellan, who previously served as Executive Vice President, will lead the business unit’s strategic direction and oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, engineering, and project delivery. He succeeds Path Company co-founders Nathan Wells and Russ Phillips, who built the business over the past decade.
Since joining the organization in September 2022, McLellan has played a key role in managing its growth. He has 20 years of experience in engineering, operations, and business development, including leadership roles at Johnson Controls and Vulcan Materials. McLellan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
“Rusty has proven himself to be a results-oriented leader who understands how to scale a business while maintaining excellent customer service,” said Kelly Schuller, SitelogIQ CEO. “His familiarity with this highly effective team maintains continuity and momentum as we build on the strong foundation established by Russ and Nathan.”
As part of this transition, Russ Phillips will assume a new role as Senior Vice President, Growth Ventures for SitelogIQ. He will coordinate the organization’s national streetlighting strategy, evaluate potential new service offerings, pursue centralized procurement opportunities, and support mergers and acquisitions. His technical expertise and industry insight will advance SitelogIQ’s enterprise level growth initiatives.
Nathan Wells, after an accomplished 10-year journey building the Path business, will be stepping away from his operational role to begin a new chapter. He will continue to support SitelogIQ as a consultant and advisor throughout the remainder of 2026.
