Minneapolis, MN – SitelogIQ (SIQ) is proud to announce that Jim Zwolensky and Tom Weber have recently been promoted within the Midwest business unit, serving K-12 schools, higher education, and local/state municipal customers.
As the Vice President of Architecture and Engineering, Jim Zwolensky will lead a team of design professionals, helping transform customer concepts into high-quality construction projects while delivering a best-in-class experience. Jim joined SIQ in 2022 and has 30 years of experience providing leadership within architecture, engineering, and construction services firms. He earned his Master of Business Administration, Master of Architecture, and Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. Jim is also an active member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and the U.S. Green Building Council.
In his new position as Director of Community Engagement, Tom Weber will partner with K-12 school districts to provide unparalleled customer service and assist them with engaging stakeholders, gaining community support and consensus for referendums, and achieving district efficiency and sustainability goals. Tom originally joined SIQ in 2018 and has over 25 years of experience in strategic master planning and project development. He has earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Technology and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and is a current school board member for his local district in Wisconsin.
