Project Background
SitelogIQ Construction Management provided owner representation/construction management services for the new airport terminal building replacement project.
SitelogIQ lead the process to design, construct, and occupy the new building by October 2018. Terminal building activities and services were maintained while the new terminal building was constructed. The old terminal was demolished and replaced with a parking lot.
The new 30,000-square-foot terminal building includes the following:
- Three airline ticket counters
- Three rental car counters
- Security area capable of holding 200 passengers
- Automated baggage carousel
- Administrative offices
- Retail areas
- Modernized HVAC system
