Having worked in education for over 26 years, being able to give back to the school community through my role here at SitelogIQ is such a fulfilling opportunity for me. After serving in the U.S. Navy for 26 years, I was excited to find a growing company that values my military experience, respects who I am, and offers the flexibility I need at this point in my career and life. I love SitelogIQ because of its “People First” culture, positive impact on our communities and schools, and new DE&I initiatives. Being a member of the DE&I steering committee and being able to create and lead the VALOR (Veterans and Allies Leadership Organization) affinity group with other Veterans and our military supporters is extremely rewarding. Our engineers are always eager to learn and teach others. There is no silly question, other than the one it was never asked. That creates a culture of collaboration, where your opinion counts and is valued.

I enjoy working at SitelogIQ because I feel trusted. We are able to come and go as we need to and my manager is not constantly looking over my shoulder to make sure I’m doing things right. As long as our customers are satisfied and our projects are on track, I can function as I need to in order to get the job done.

I am proud of my role in K-12 and believe our team has the unique ability to positively impact the health, safety, and equitable learning environment for students. SitelogIQ ensures I have what I need to foster successful partnerships with educators and help them reach near and long-term district facility goals by focusing on the physical, functional, and educational needs of their students. I am grateful to work with a team where our priorities are so aligned.
