Minneapolis, MN – SitelogIQ (SIQ), a national leader in energy efficiency and facility solutions, recently invested in the growth of their Healthcare business unit with the addition of Sean Price, Brian Oxley, and Brent Haskin.
Sean Price has been hired as a Strategic Financing Executive and is responsible for developing and implementing customer finance structures to help healthcare facilities receive the funding they need to make facility and energy improvements. He will also provide training from a customer finance perspective and work closely with the sales team to help customers identify funding opportunities. Sean brings over 13 years of experience in sales leadership, fund management, complex financial modeling, capital planning, and mergers and acquisitions, specifically in the renewable energy industry. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State University.
Brent Haskin has also been hired as an Enterprise Account Executive, working closely with customers to meet their facility improvement needs while implementing sustainable equipment and practices. Brent has over 11 years of experience in healthcare commercial real estate, with a focus on business development, acquisitions, private equity, and brokerage. He earned a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Arts from Norte Dame de Namur University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business with a focus on Innovation from HEC Paris Business School. He also holds various licenses and certifications including Real Estate Investments & Asset Management, The Business of Healthcare, Healthcare Innovation, and The Economies of Healthcare Delivery, and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Brian Oxley has been hired as an Enterprise Account Executive and will partner with healthcare facilities to help them create healthier, safer, more efficient, and more sustainable spaces. He has 11 years of experience in business development, sales, facility management and safety, and strategic planning within the healthcare industry. He earned his Master’s degree in occupational health and safety from the University of Central Missouri and his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Northwest Missouri State University.
