East Pennsboro Area School District was having difficulty clearly identifying long-term facilities priorities that would address aging buildings and infrastructure. SitelogIQ proposed the administration complete a formal facility study, an Enhanced District Options Study (EDOS), to help the District develop a road map to meet its objectives.
The eDOS helped the Board make strategic decisions to benefit its students, faculty, and community. SitelogIQ’s proposed options met the District’s goals of delivering a facility modernization program with healthy learning environments and high-quality infrastructure that better positions them to succeed in the K-12 marketplace. Program improvements were designed to address indoor air quality and architectural finishes at three buildings within the District through a performance contract. The process was such a success that EPASD executed the eDOS in its entirety through a phased approach. To date, SitelogIQ has been hired to implement a performance contract totaling $20.1 million to improve indoor air quality and architectural finishes throughout the district.
