With ~1,800 students across their early learning, elementary, middle, and high schools, Perry Community School District in Perry, Iowa, is committed to creating modern, safe, and inspiring learning spaces. Like many school districts nationwide, Perry faces the challenges of an aging infrastructure, limited program space, and rising operational costs. Seeking to improve its facilities for future-ready learning and activities, the District partnered with SitelogIQ to implement critical facility improvements across multiple projects, buildings, and phases.
Perry Community School District is looking ahead to completing the elementary renovations and continuing to explore facility upgrades that align with its educational mission. Work is scheduled to take place over two summer breaks to help minimize disruptions and involves:

The District now has an additional 144 bright, modern classrooms and labs designed for collaboration and hands-on learning, from advanced STEAM and industrial tech programs to enhanced athletic and fine arts spaces. In addition, they’ve increased their energy efficiency and reduced operating costs through LED lighting, modern HVAC, and preventive maintenance programs.
