Harrisburg, PA – SitelogIQ (SIQ), a national leader in energy efficiency and facility solutions, recently hired Amanda Adams as Human Resources Director for their Northeast business unit.
Amanda will be responsible for working closely with leadership to build a team of experts to deliver successful customer outcomes, meet business unit goals, and support functional priorities. She will lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, career and organizational development, and training development.

Amanda brings over 15 years of experience in strategic workforce planning, change management, organizational leadership development, and complex employee relations. She most recently served as the Director of Human Resources for Warfel Construction Company and has held various positions throughout her career including HR Generalist, Staffing, Talent Management, and HR Operations. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Immaculata University and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute.
