SitelogIQ Acquires Compass Energy Solutions

Addition of Energy Services Company Reinforces Commitment to California Customers

Minneapolis, MN – SitelogIQ, Inc. (“SitelogIQ”), a leading national energy services and facility improvement solutions provider, today announced the recent acquisition of Compass Energy Solutions (CES). CES is an energy services company focused on energy infrastructure development, asset management, and efficiency improvements for higher education, K-12, municipal, and state customers. Theterms of the transaction were not disclosed.

CES was founded in 2004 by Fred Ghahramani, an energy services industry veteran.  The CES team has developed and managed building improvement projects for over 25 percent of the community colleges in California.  All CES employees will join SitelogIQ and continue to partner with public sector customers to improve the energy and operational efficiencies of their buildings.
