Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 7 years of progressive human resources experience in compensation and benefits administration role.
  • Must have a deep understanding of fully insured and self-insured Health and Welfare Benefit Plans, 401(k) Plans, and Compensation Management and the accompanying laws and regulations associated with these functional areas.
  • This position requires prior supervisory experience and excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and/or HR Certification via SHRM or HRCI designations preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design, analyze, implement and manage SitelogIQ’s benefit programs to include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HSA, 401(k) plan, etc.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to members of the HR team and department directors or other management staff; advise employees on pay/benefits.
  • Effectively communicate benefits information to employees in order to ensure that employees fully utilize available plans.
  • Manage the insurance renewal process through brokers to maximize benefits and negotiate cost.
  • Build effective relationships with brokers and vendors in order to resolve problems with plan administration or employee claims as needed.
  • Monitor industry trends, participate in salary surveys, conduct analysis on effectiveness of current programs, and identify opportunities to implement salary programs consistent with our organizational priorities.
  • Conduct compensation studies by performing compensation reviews, analyzing job study data, conducting salary surveys, gathering and interpreting salary data, preparing reports, and making recommendations that are consistent with SitelogIQ’s policies and industry best practices.
  • Conduct individual job audits and/or group classification surveys; analyze information gathered; prepare position descriptions, audit or survey reports and position evaluations; and providing recommended action.
  • Advise hiring managers and serve as the first point of review for hiring offers, promotions, salary adjustments and job description changes. Maintain all SitelogIQ job descriptions.
  • Ensure programs are consistent and in compliance with federal, state and local regulations concerning pay and benefits.
  • Oversee the Leave Management and Workers’ Compensation programs and ensure appropriate compliance with federal laws, operational needs and alignment with benefits programs.
