Experience:3 years of administrative support for a general contractor, construction manager or subcontractor.
Education:High school diploma.

Our Project Coordinators provide all administrative support for the various projects and services that we provide to our clients. This role will coordinate and interface heavily with other departments including but not limited to; preconstruction, development and, more directly, construction teams (project managers and site superintendents). This individual should have the ability to anticipate workload and resources needs for successful projects and have exceptional communication skills to keep projects on track.

Position Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a General Contractor/Construction Manager or a Subcontractor in an administrative role.
  • Experience using Procore software (or similar construction software)
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to learn new software programs
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organization skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent verbal, written communications and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities in a team-oriented environment
  • Enjoys working independently and can provide superior customer service

Position Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and maintains project correspondence
  • Prepares reports and meeting minutes
  • Tracks/processes documents
  • Maintains various logs and project files
  • Schedules meetings in Outlook
  • Works closely with project managers, site superintendents and clients
