Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 Years experience as a Project Manager.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or relevant field. May be substituted for 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to read plans and specs.
  • Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills.
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Safety minded
  • Self-Starter and capable of working remotely with minimal management.
  • Ability to fulfill many roles as needed for the growth of the company.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Availability for traveling on-site for duties or supervision as required which may require time after hours or weekends; may include extended travel requirements of a week/more

Position Responsibilities:

  • Review project estimates and preliminary designs to establish time frame/schedule, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
  • Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
  • Coordinate activities of project to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget
  • Review status reports prepared by project personnel and coordinate schedules or plans as required
  • Coordinate with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
  • Serve as the primary liaison for Sales Team, Project Engineer, Customers, Internal and External Resources, and Management regarding project related items
  • Establish safety plans and goals
  • Coordinate and document quotes and proposals with vendors. Procure equipment for projects and work with vendors and subcontractors to coordinate timely deliveries of equipment.
  • Obtain, review, and approve subcontractor scopes of work and quotes. Work with internal team members to have contracts written and executed.
  • Assist in equipment selection and manage the design and engineering of the project.
  • Facilitate the processing of all DSA paperwork along with the project architect.
  • Work with management on monthly budget management, project forecasting, project billing and collections.
  • Utilize the financial system for forecasting, revenue projections and monthly billings.
  • Assist in AR collections
  • Organize logistics and travel to and from client sites throughout United States.
  • Coordinate several contracts of varying sizes while maintaining customer expectations and working effectively and efficiently
  • Coordinates project activities with government regulatory agencies as needed
  • Potential participation in association and industry events to learn, develop, and educate team members
  • Coordinate with internal operations team and external partners to provide consistent customer service and to provide feedback supporting continuous improvement of the program
  • Prepares project reports for Management, clients, or others
  • Availability for traveling on-site for duties or supervision as required which may require time after hours or weekends
  • This position requires up to 2-3 days per week of travel which may include extended travel requirements of a week or more
