Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

Position Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years demand generation
    • A deep understanding of how to maximize across multiple digital and offline channels, including search, ads, syndication, email, social, events
    • Experience working directly with B2B sales teams
    • Experience managing third party agencies, contractors, and vendors
  • Incredibly strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly
  • Ability to switch between diverse projects and follow through to completion
  • Strong research, analytical, and reporting capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Position Responsibilities:

SALES ENABLEMENT

  • Develop customer proof points, including testimonials and case studies
  • Create and distribute sales-facing cheat sheets, including discovery and objection handling guides, industry info, and competitive playbooks
  • Create and maintain standard and customizable proposal templates, sales presentations, brochures, and other client-facing collateral
  • Train sales team on best use of marketing & sales enablement materials
  • Ensure that all sales enablement content is easily accessible and gather frequent feedback from the sales team to improve support programs

DEMAND GENERATION

  • Design, plan, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to generate and nurture pipeline, in coordination with external support resources
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance  Create standardized email templates, scripts, and other content to support outbound sales / prospecting campaigns
  • Direct and coordinate agencies, MarTech vendors, and contractors

MARKET STRATEGY & INTELLIGENCE

  • Research and analyze market data and buyer trends in order to estimate market size, identify opportunities, and provide strategic guidance
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers through surveys, interviews, sales feedback, and direct participation in sales meetings
  • Help to define our target market, qualification criteria, ideal customer profiles, and buyer personas
  • Aid in the development of value proposition, positioning, and messaging
  • Monitor, synthesize, and distribute market and competitive intelligence

OFFERING DEVELOPMENT

  • Enhance and expand the C&I division’s existing service offerings to better serve our customers and support business objectives
  • Gather market requirements for design and validation of new offerings
  • Collaborate to align sales, delivery, and partner processes prior to launch
  • Develop materials to communicate offerings internally and externally
