Job Summary
Job Type:Full-time, exempt
Location:Minneapolis, MN
Experience:Minimum 3 years in an accounting or finance function. Experience working in ERP system in a geographically distributed environment. Advanced Excel knowledge and experience managing and consolidating large data files. Manufacturing, Production or Construction background desirable.
Education:Bachelor’s degree required with a concentration in accounting or finance.

As a key member of the Finance team, the Accounting Manger serves a critical role in executing SitelogIQ’s transformational strategies.    The ideal candidate will thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced organization and for leading change activities that deliver business value.   The Accounting Manager will implement effective business processes and systems and drive continuous improvement.  The position provides career-enriching skill development and growth opportunities in staff management, technical accounting, process improvement and business systems.   The Accounting Manager is responsible for financial oversight of the Headquarters, consolidation of Enterprise financial results and for managing a shared services team.  The position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Position Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience within an accounting / finance function
  • Experience working in ERP systems in a geographically distributed environment
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and experience managing and consolidating large data files
  • Manufacturing, Production or Construction background is desirable

Position Responsibilities:

Accounting Manager

  • Accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and variance analysis
  • Consolidate business-unit level financial results and participate in Finance reviews
  • Create cash reports in support of Treasury operations
  • Control the Enterprise financial calendar
  • Support the development, installation and monitoring of accounting systems, procedures and controls
  • Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the business

 Shared Services:

  • Manage support team ensuring transaction processing achieves internal service levels standards
  • Create and monitor business process controls ensuring transaction accuracy and compliance
  • Provide prompt technical and business support to resolve data and documentation issues
  • Provide training in support of Enterprise deployment and new-employee onboarding
  • Monitor performance to identify trends and opportunities and manage capacity
