Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in related field and 3 years of experience in writing proposals in response to business RFP’s
  • Technical writing, copywriting, and editing experience in all
    professional and business writing
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills that demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collegially under strict deadline pressure and handle multiple work assignments
  • Some broader communications experience/knowledge beyond proposal writing is desired to ensure strong collaboration and coordination with web communications, public relations, graphic design, and marketing teams.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Works closely with VP of Sales and field reps to identify potential RFP opportunities, and to determine which ones to pursue.
  • Writes and edits proposal for readability, consistency, and appropriate tone describing company capabilities, management approach, and/or past performance
  • Collaborates with Corporate Leadership to develop proposal strategy, identify potential areas of improvement, solutions, and themes that support the win strategy.
  • Analyzes proposal requirements to help determine necessary personnel and departmental involvement.
  • Provides comprehensive RFP project management for entire proposal life cycle, from conception to completion to outcome (win/loss).
  • Analyzes RFP outcome trend data, using this intelligence to make continuous improvements to our RFP process, from opportunity identification to the look and feel of our proposal packages.
  • Manages milestones and deadlines for all RFPs and proactively keeps stakeholders updated.
  • Manages RFP repository library and coordinates timely updates from subject matter experts. Demonstrates proven ability to take facts and figures and convey this information in a persuasive narrative format, tailored to the unique needs of the party issuing the RFP.
  • Upholds SitelogIQ brand standards and voice across respective divisions.
  • Analyzes and understands the requirements of RFPs, RFQs, RFI, Task Orders, and planning and crafting responses that adequately meet and address timely.
  • Monitors various portals and websites for new RFP opportunities,
    downloading and distributing as appropriate.
  • Meets proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval.
  • Assists in special projects requested by Business Development, Sales, Operations and Marketing Department.


  • Provide general business administrative support to site and the Executive Leadership Team
  • Leverage business acumen, organizational and communication skills to partner and ensure collaboration with leadership and functional teams to drive key deliverables, communications and resolve issues.
  • Prepare, maintain, distribute and file various site records, correspondence and reports.
  • Requisitioning for indirect purchasing/ordering, services and projects purchase orders.
  • Order/purchase departmental supplies, equipment and tools as required via purchase requisition forms, electronic forms and/or company card.
  • Prepare, maintain, distribute and file various site records, correspondence, reports and procedures.
  • Administer certifications/registrations/licenses and compliance activities
  • Handle ad hoc projects and presentations.
  • Act as site support leader for a various of activities associated with customers, operations, and business leaders.
