Bridge Investment Group Partners with SitelogIQ & Xeal to Install EV Charging Stations

Los Angeles, CA Bridge Investment Group, a globally trusted investment manager, has recently partnered with SitelogIQ (SIQ) Commercial & Industrial, a national energy efficiency and facility solutions provider, to install Level II EV charging stations at Bridge Property Management’s (BPM) multifamily communities across the nation. Bridge Investment Group has also selected Xeal, a technology-first electric vehicle (EV) charging company, as their hardware and software partner for the station installations.

This initiative is a significant step in providing Bridge Investment Group’s residents with EV charging stations that will support the transition to a greener future as they continue to develop their portfolio and provide a value add for communities. As leaders in energy efficiency and sustainability, this work also aligns with each company’s mission to create safer and healthier environments.

“With the rising popularity of electric vehicles and the increasing demand for EV infrastructure, Bridge recognizes the importance of accommodating the evolving needs of residents,” said Matt DeGraw, President of Bridge Property Management. “By installing EV chargers at our multifamily complexes, we aim to promote sustainability, reduce carbon emissions, and contribute to a cleaner environment.”

“We’re excited to lend our expertise in delivering high impact ESG and EV charging programs to help Bridge create healthier and greener communities for their residents,” said Clark Longhurst, SIQ Commercial & Industrial President. “We look forward to partnering with Bridge and Xeal as we combine our expertise, resources, and visions.”

Xeal’s Level II EV charging stations boast advanced technology that eliminates the possibilities for failure or downtime, making it the most dependable network for residents. “After thorough research, we determined that Xeal and their self-reliant protocol was the best option to efficiently charge vehicles and provide residents with confidence 100% of the time,” said DeGraw.

“We’re excited to work with Bridge Investment Group and SitelogIQ, and for the opportunity to provide Bridge’s residents with Xeal’s EV charging technology and self-reliant communication architecture, which is the most secure and dependable choice for their communities,” said Eric Roseman, Chief Revenue Officer. The initial round of installations are slated for completion during the first half of 2024.
