Minneapolis, MN – SitelogIQ (SIQ) is pleased to announce that Jim Bald has been hired as its new Chief Operations Officer (COO), effective November 30, 2023.
As COO, Jim will partner with each business unit and department to ensure strong project execution and excellent customer service as the company focuses on making buildings better for their K-12, higher education, local/state government, healthcare, and commercial and industrial partners. He will also work to deepen the teams’ expertise, implement strong training programs, invest in resources to enhance productivity, and assist in the evaluation and integration of acquired companies.
“Jim is an experienced construction executive who will strengthen our senior leadership team and add depth in bidding, engineering, and project management. Jim brings over 20 years of cross-functional experience in the construction industry. He has previously held multiple senior leadership positions including Vice President of Engineering/Manufacturing, Director of Operations, and Director of Preconstruction. He holds a BBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago and completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Chicago.
