SitelogIQ Builds Team with Five New Leaders

Minneapolis, MNSitelogIQ (SIQ) recently expanded its Midwest business unit by promoting Jake Berg, Sharon Haeg, Josh Everson, and Ryan Gram into leadership positions and hiring Yuriy Indman as their Director of Preconstruction.

Jake Berg has been promoted to Director of Implementation and will manage and oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and customer communications during the design, construction, and closeout phases. Jake previously served as a Senior Program Executive for SIQ and has 15 years of experience in infrastructure program development, management, and implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Science – Sustainability Management degree from the University of Wisconsin River Falls and is a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers.

Sharon Haeg has been promoted to Vice President of Development, focusing on enhancing building solutions and customer experience, partnering primarily with K-12 schools to improve their learning environments. Previously, she served as SIQ’s Midwest Director of Development Engineering, and prior to SIQ, she was a Senior Development Engineer at Unesco, Inc., a Program Management firm. She graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Minnesota State University Mankato and is a licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Josh Everson has been promoted to Director of Construction and will oversee projects throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota to ensure each is completed efficiently and safely to help clients achieve their goals. With over 24 years of experience, Josh is an expert in construction and project management, especially with K-12 school districts. He also previously worked in commercial large loss services and earned his associate’s Degree in insurance claims from Ridgewater College in Minnesota.

Ryan Gram has been promoted to Director of Planning and Programming and will lead the development of new projects, facility needs analysis, project ideas and scope development, feasibility studies, high-level cost estimates, and the development of several ideas and solutions to meet the needs of each school district or municipality. Ryan has over 8 years of experience in educational design, and master planning and earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from North Dakota State University.

Yuriy Indman has been hired as Director of Preconstruction and is responsible for supporting the development, design, and construction in alignment with project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Prior to joining SitelogIQ, Yuriy was the Executive Director of Facilities Management for Acceleration Academies, and earlier, Director of Engineering and Construction for Baltimore City Schools. He earned his degree in Architectural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, is a Certified Energy Manager, and licensed Professional Engineer.
