Oakmont, PA – SitelogIQ (SIQ) Northeast recently donated meal bags to support those in need through the Bethesda Mission’s annual food drive and North Hills Food Bank.
“We believe in helping our local communities both on and off the job site,” said Rick Evans, SIQ Northeast President. “We’re incredibly proud of our company’s and employees’ ongoing commitment to giving back and lending a helping hand to those that need it.”
Employees gathered in their Harrisburg and Oakmont offices to pack non-perishable food items including stuffing, mashed potatoes, rice, turkey gravy, green beans, and fruit cocktail. The packed meal bags were delivered to both organizations.
Bethesda Mission, which serves Greater Harrisburg, aims to collect 150,000 pounds of food by December 13 for the holidays. North Hills Food Bank serves approximately 225 families each month throughout West View, Ross, Ohio, Reserve, Kilbuck, McCandless, and Franklin Park townships.
