SitelogIQ to Begin Work at Fort Indiantown Gap

SitelogIQ (SIQ) is proud to announce they will provide commissioning services for a new 16,000-20,000+ square-foot multi-purpose auditorium for the Fort Indiantown Gap National Guard Training Center in Annville, Pennsylvania. This project will be managed by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services and creates a consolidated complex for Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) and unit training.

SIQ’s scope of work includes installing:

  • Protective systems including fire suppression and fire alarm systems
  • Plumbing and domestic hot water systems
  • HVAC systems and controls
  • Power distribution, lighting, controls, and emergency generator systems
  • Voice/data and sound/video systems
  • Electronic safety and security systems including security, alarm, and detection systems

“With a strong employee community of veterans, it means a lot to our team to partner with the military on projects that will help support training efforts for our country’s brave service members,” said Rick Evans, President of SIQ Northeast. “We’re excited to begin work at Fort Indiantown Gap and create a space that will enhance their SRP and training efficiency.”

This project will also help determine locations for several future buildings that will eventually comprise a one-stop service center for SRP, including Administration, Finance, Legal, Medical, Equipment Sizing / Issue, and Briefings. The design process will begin with a program verification and site feasibility analysis along with the preparation of a Master Plan and will incorporate lean design principles. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in Fall 2024, with completion slated for Spring 2026.
