Project Background
SitelogIQ was hired to complete a Guaranteed Energy Services Agreement to accomplish a significant backlog of deferred maintenance projects at three district facilities: Edgewood and Wilkins Primary Schools and the District Administration Office. Upon completion of the initial project, the district hired SitelogIQ to develop several options to address the high school and intermediate school facilities. We recently completed the conversion of the closed Dickson Primary School into the new Dickson Preparatory STEAM Academy. Additionally, we are in the midst of a major renovation and addition program at the Woodland Hills High School. Improvements include HVAC equipment upgrades, new DDC controls, LED lighting retrofits, building envelope improvements (air sealing, windows and roofing), electrical system improvements, fire alarm and suppression systems, and architectural finishes.
