Pennridge School District, a public school system, is approximately 30 miles north of Philadelphia in Bucks County, in southeastern PA. It serves roughly 7,000 students in 11 educational facilities. The District identified a need for a comprehensive district-wide facility improvement plan that would help them develop priorities to address aging buildings and infrastructure. SitelogIQ was hired to complete a Long-Term Facility Maintenance Plan (LTFM) to provide an educational and functional needs assessment in addition to a facility physical needs assessment. The results provided the District with priority items to address and develop a facility maintenance program. SitelogIQ worked with the District and its stakeholders to create a plan that supports the District’s strategic planning to evaluate facilities for cost efficiency, long-term cost reduction, and financial stability.
